Hopped Up for Health 5k &12K Run

On Saturday, June 17, 2017 Big Elm Brewing will host its first annual “Hopped Up for Health” run to support VIM Berkshires.

The event consists of a 7-mile hill challenge loop and a 5K run or walk, with official race times through

Berkshire Running Center. Both of the runs will start and finish at Big Elm Brewery, where there will be

festivities throughout the day for everyone in the community to enjoy, including music and food trucks.



The Cause

Big Elm Brewing and VIM have teamed up to create a new event to help raise money and support for the VIM (Volunteers In Medicine) Berkshires.  We hope to offer a fun and exhilarating event that lets people from all ages and levels to participate and help give back.



The VIM Berkshires free clinic provides access to quality health care for income qualified, uninsured and underinsured residents of the Berkshire region in a respectful and caring manner



Big Elm Brewing has been crafting ales and lagers in Sheffield, MA since 2012.  A production brewery that kegs and cans its products as well as operating a small taproom form the same facility.
