The Hopped Up For Health Run/Walk or Bike will again take place at Big Elm Brewing (65 Silver Street, Sheffield, MA) to help raise money to benefit VIM Berkshires (Volunteers In Medicine).

1 Free Big Elm Beer To Participants (21+ with ID)
Fresh Food Vendors and Music After the Race
Free After Race Massage First Come/First Served

Race prizes:
Male & Female- Prizes for top finishers
(18 & under, 19 -29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+)

Location: Big Elm Brewery - 65 Silver Street, Sheffield, MA 01257
Starting Time: 9:00 AM Bike, 10:00 AM Run   (registration/ race day check in 8AM-9:30AM) 

Course: Beautiful course on country roads

Registration: Register online (preferred), by mail, drop off, or race day

Entry Fee:  12K Hill Challenge - $40 ($45 Race Day)
                      5K - $25 ($30 Race Day)
                      5K (12 and under-no shirt)- $ 15
                    *T shirts available to first 200 registrants*

Volunteers In Medicine Berkshires [a 501(c)(3) non-profit] is a health care center providing free medical care, dental care, mental health and nutrition counseling, optometry, acupuncture and massage in a welcoming, compassionate environment for qualified uninsured adults in Berkshire county.

All race proceeds will go to supporting the clinic- Help us have another successful year!!!
