Sheffield Historical Society Festival

On Saturday, August 25 the Sheffield Historical Society will be holding our annual Heritage Festival & Family Feast amidst the historic buildings on the society's grounds. The evening begins with a tasting of Big Elm Brewery beer from 5-6 pm, followed by an elegant sit-down dinner from 6-8 pm. There will be assortment of meats from our 19th century smokehouse, authentic historic side dishes, drinks and desserts for you to enjoy while you listen to live music. 

Tickets for the feast are on sale now, the cost is $35 if purchased before August 17, and $40 after that date. Children ages 4-11 can attend for $9, ages 3 and under are free. Tickets can be purchased online in the paypal cart to the right. Or you can mail a check to Sheffield Historical Society, P.O. Box 747, Sheffield, MA 01257, or stop by the Old Stone Store weekends from 11-4 to purchase them in person by check or cash. Once you purchase tickets your name/s will be placed on our guest list, please check in at the Welcome Table at the event. Proceeds will benefit the historical society and support the many free programs and exhibits open to the community that we hold each year. The festival will be under tents so it is a rain or shine event.
